I had an absolutely wonderful experience with elegant beauty. The girls at the parlour were were friendly and considerate. They've got such an amazing work ethic.

Wow. That was the most unprofessional and painful experience of my life. I'm literally bleeding and bruised. Never again.

I have been using elegant beauty for a couple years now. They are the only ones that do my eyebrows just how I like them and keep my same shape & thickness. Stupidly I went to grand central shopping & tonight while I was there that I’d get my eyebrows done whilst there. The elegant beauty at grand central chopped at my brows and I had gaps and I paid for tinting and there was none. I drove all the way over to elegant beauty at Clifford gardens and they fixed these for me in 10 minutes. I was so so grateful for this as I was heading on a girls trip that weekend. Thankyou so much you lovely ladies. AlwYs leave there with a smile. These ladies are nothing like grand central elegant beauty. They are 100% better. And I’ll never return to grand central elegant beauty again.

Love this place specially for my eyebrow threading and eyelash extensions

Would not recommend eyelash extensions here! They used thick strips that were so heavy and glued to my eyelids. They were glued in different directions and looked odd. They used the makeup variety of eyelash extensions intended for single use. They were so painful and felt like a bottle brush on my eyelids. I had to get them off after almost a week and really damaged my eyelashes.

The ladies are very professional on their job and nice and very friendly. I only come to this place because of the excellent service and these ladies are expert in threading and I highly recommend everyone to come and see how amazing the threading and waxing is done here.

Awesome staff and services, have been to this salon several times for brows, lashes and waxing and will continue to do so

I’m so upset!! They have know skill and customer service was horrible ! I got eyebrows done an they are terribly uneven! When I told them that I was very upset about the job they had done the lady then decided to laugh in my face I left feeling very insecure emotional an hurt! Disgusting behaviour!! Terrible behaviour and skills!! I would suggest never going to this disgusting place!
