I went in, and waited for several minutes for the lady who was cleaning the floor out back to come talk to me, even acknowledge my presence. She didn't so I left. I know that she saw me. It's not hard to look up and say hi

Very disappointed and saddened that I left my 4 year of springer spaniel in the care of Top dog grooming in Lutana tasmania for what I thought was a groom but we received more then that requiring emergency veterinary intervention requiring her to be sadated due to the amount of pain and discomfort she was in. Vets have informed me that she has sustained a back injury needing to be on heavy pain medication and vet to support a lengthy recovery process. I dropped of a anagetic and bubbly young dog and picked up a distressed dog in alot of pain not even informed when they rang to say she was ready for pick up.The owner offered nothing on the events between drop off and pick up or why my dog had such a change, just repeated nothing happened here. Not once did she check to see how the dog was going. Still awaiting for the recording. For a dog grooming serve that we in trust with our furr babies I would expect more from them to ensure their safety and return in the same physical condition as we left them in.For a $99 grooming appointment Im now out of pocket near $1000 and require more in the next few days days & months.

Last week my 3yo GSD and I had a terrible, albeit brief, experience at this well known groomer. My instincts were to leave as soon as I got there as one of the staff placed a slip lead around her neck and proceeded to drag my girl out of the foyer to the point where my dog was struggling to breathe. The staff member also tried to shove a treat in her face at this point, to which she of course had no interest taking as she was struggling to breathe. I had to intervene and picked her up to release the tension on the lead but the slip was on upside-down and would not release by itself. I had to put my hand under it to loosen it. In hindsight, the fact this professional" did not know how to use a slip lead correctly and was willing to treat my dog like this in front of me

Have always taken our dog to Top Dog ,last time we got him trimmed at a place closer to home and had to take him back to Top Dog for the job to be done properly ! Lesson Learned!

You guys are amazing! Bearian started off as a little scared without me their and you guys allowed for me to sit by him a few times and accomodate to the needs of the doggies. As bear has now developed a lovely bond with Casey and is starting to enjoy his grooms without mummy needing to be in the store. Recommended Top Dog to everyone! Amazing Groomers!

The staff showed such care and compassion towards my elderly dog who needed special attention due to his painful arthritis.
