Worst shellac pedicure I’ve ever had. Toes are all uneven shellac is botchy on them. My sns on my fingers also uneven and manicure terrible. Finger tips not filed evenly. Could not stand being in there any longer, just wanted to get out.They didn’t think anything of it, over priced for what you receive.

I first walked in without an appointment and she told me to come back in 30 minutes that she will be free. Returned back on time and she asked me to sit in front of her and she soaked my nails for 25 minutes while she went to another customer who had walked in with 2 other girls. All three girls finished their manicure (1 person) and pedicures (2 girls) while she left me there for 1 hour and 10 minutes and then she removed my old Shellac. I eventually got up and told her off for keeping me over 1 hour and all she did was remove my nail colour. I was not going to spent another minute there to get my colour redone as these women do not value our time and are so greedy to generate money that they forget basic customer service. Also ever since I got my colour taken off my nails are flaky, weak and in bad shape because they are so rough on the nails. VERY. ERY BAD SERVICE. WONT EVER USE THEM AGAIN

Rip off merchants & bad customer service.Asked for shellac manicure which is $40, they charged me $2 more as I chose another colour for ring finger.Also, they love asking for cash, with signs everywhere cash preferred.You are in Malvern in a shopping Centre, if you want to only deal with cash, got to Vic Market & set up shop there!!!Lady who deals with payments is rude & money hungry!!

Worse salon ever , firstly over priced $75 for a set, and not even 2 days later 3 nails fell off , I went back and they fixed them and then 1 day later another 2 fell off!!! Really there’s no point in going back coz they’ll just come off again! And it hasn’t even been a week!! Obviously bad quality products or not enough experience!

I had shellac on my nails that I needed removed. The lady grinded some off before she put the acetone on. She left grind marks all over my nails and now they look a mess. I know most people don't check reviews if they are just walking in from a shopping centre. But I will never return here again.

The lady who did my nails shouldn't be a nail technician. Either she's new to the job or she doesn't care. Horrible service and ugly nails. I asked her many times to make my nails thin and make adjustments and she responded with 'it looks good'.

The one and only time I'll ever use this business. The woman who did my pedicure hated me, hates you, and hated her job. lol I've never had my nails hate-painted before, but there's always a first time for everything. It was done in under 15 minutes, nails were smudgy, and I paid them $40 (expensive for the service imo) for them to resent me being a customer there. Ha! Given the sheer volume of excellent nail salons... Bye Felicia. Won't be back. x

I happened to be in this shopping centre picking up a few items and thought I’d kill two birds with one stone and get my nails done for a wedding tomorrow all in one go. Never again. I told them I had GelX extensions underneath shellac and they said they knew how to remove it. It very quickly became clear they did not have any knowledge of these extensions as they quickly became a gooey mess and other staff members gathered around to talk about my nails. Half the gel was left on my nails and as I asked for a sheer colour the mess left is visible and bumpy. I also asked for just a simple oval shape - every single one of my nails are a different shape and jagged. It felt like a quick job was valued over a good job. Kicking myself now for not just booking at my usual place. Atrocious customer service.

I won’t be going back to this place. I went in desperation as my usual nail place was booked up due to lockdown ending. They changed the price about 3 times whilst I was there, $45 for a dodgy looking SNS manicure. My nails are uneven and not smooth. The colour I chose looks nothing like the sample. My mum’s friend then went in to get 3 nails fixed and they quoted $35, then put it up to $55, then down to $50, all during the course of her nail treatment. Absolute rip off for bad looking nails.
