Beds N Dreams - North Lakes

My partner and I just bought a mattress and ensemble from Beds N Dreams. We were tossing up between a few different mattresses and beds from other places, but chose to go with Beds N Dreams because of the amazing service we received from Angie. She was amazing and knowledgeable, but most importantly extremely kind and patient with us. We appreciate her help and time greatly. She is a wonderful asset to the business. Thank you Angie x

We are newlyweds and needed to buy a bigger bed with minimal partner distribution and Sherin at Beds ‘N’ Dreams North Lakes was absolutely amazing! She was super honest about what we could actually get with our budget, showed us a few different options that met our needs and then gave us the best discount she could. She even encouraged us to shop around elsewhere and to sleep on our decision before purchasing. Nothing else compared to the mattress she recommended and she even taught me a bunch of stuff about the kinds of bases that best support pocket coil spring mattresses and explained that the delivered mattress would be harder than the one in store as they’re Australian custom made. I highly recommend visiting Sherin if you’re looking for a bed and mattress! She’ll even encourage you to jump on your new bed which helps with the brand new stiff feeling… 10/10 recommend!

Good collection of beds and other furnitures. The customer service is good and staffs are quite helpful and friendly.

Been to a few other furniture stores like amart and forty winks and didn’t have the best experience in there but beds n dreams surpasses my expectations when it comes down to customer service. Go see Angie the store manager as she takes her time to listen to what you need, she’s very knowledgeable about her stock and doesn’t pressure you at all into purchasing products. Quality of mattress are fantastic for the prices. Go when they have their massive sales. After a few days of thinking and laying on the mattresses, I ended up getting the silent night onyx in plush. The wait period for the mattress is longer then I expected but I know the wait will be worth it.

Angie at Beds N Dreams North Lakes was fantastic helping me to select the right base and mattress to suit my needs. It was then delivered within 3 weeks from ordering it. I now look forward to going to bed every night and getting a great night's sleep.

The staff at Beds N Dreams are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products.We recommended it to a family member initially, then recently bought a bed from the store.The quality of the KS mattress we bought is terrific. My back has never felt so good when waking up. It won't be the last purchase though, we plan on buying another bed or two from here.It's the go-to place for beds that has good old fashioned customer service, where the staff are always smiling, remember your name and sell quality beds and mattresses.

Ladies in the store were helpful and pleasant, happy to accommodate my preferred delivery.I would love to say that I’ve had a great night’s sleep but haven’t been able to use the bed as a leg came off when I went to put the sheets on. Still waiting for contact from the service centre.
