Stayed for a work conference for the week. Staff are friendly and attentative to your needs. Lovely setting surrounded by the scenic golf course. There is a casino for evening entertainment. Room well stocked with all the regular items. I will be back .

You can see kangaroos from your window, so cute. Nice room and facilities. The only problem is the car park is really far away from the room. It’s so inconvenient if you have more luggages.

Loved our stay here. Made use of all the sporting facilities with the driving range, squash court and tennis court. Enjoyed a cocktail in the sun and coffee in the cafe. The beds were really comfy too. It's a great spot, but you do need to get a bus or taxi into Launceston main town of you do wish to go in there

Our family (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed there for 3 nights and we absolutely loved everything! The rooms are clean and quiet, bed is super comfy, staff are very friendly. The kids loved the ducks, kangaroos,and mini golf area. The adults enjoyed the walk along the lake and peaceful environment. And it is so close to the town center. We will definitely come back again!

Service was quick, meal was cheap for the quality, 3 out of 3 children all ate their meal, must of been good for that too happen, I had roast if the day was spot on, have nothing to complain about good experience.

Amazing. The views are absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are spacious and well serviced. I would absolutely recommend it!

Love this place. Except when I’m wanting to order a drink. The bartenders are SOO slow! I waited 30 minutes for a drink once while the bartender chatted to her work friend right in-front of me.NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Do you want to not use the spa until you clean it yourself because it's still dirty on arrival? Want the drains in the bathroom to smell so badly, you prefer to use the separate half toilet during your stay instead? Wanna pay $22 for some tepid gloop, burnt toast and what looks like the scraps of seafood off someone else's plate? Want to swim in the pool but decide not to because people are swimming in their underwear? Do you like seeing last nights dishes still sitting in the hallway after midday the next day with the same fly you saw the night before? Like your drinks with dairy served with cream past the use by date so your significant other ends up ill? Want to complain about all this and be ignored? Get all that and more right here. 3 stars for the location, why? Less than an hour walk to the local supermarket to buy cleaning products and edible food. Our 11 year wedding anniversary was completely ruined, won't ever return and highly recommend you avoid at all costs.Dear Owner.If you read this, don't bother responding here in an attempt to save face. I'd prefer you respond to one of the complaints I lodged through your website. Should be easy enough to match the details mentioned above...Edit: Added some photos I found. Enjoy. Some more weeks have passed. Still no response to my complaints.Edit 2: 6 months later. Finally got a response from the ombudsman. Turns out the health department, asking the council, to ask the casino if they addressed it and the casino saying yes is good enough. The casino, the health department and the Meander Council all didn't bother to contact me. The ombudsman finally responded after I lodged a second complaint about my first being ignored. Pathetic. My advice? Don't waste your time complaining. Instead, book a stay at Alice's Cottages, staff and service there was amazing.

Great place to visit until you get racially profiled by the bouncers. Aggressive after spending thousands of dollars. Would not recommend unless you would like to be assaulted. Black lives matter

Everything is perfect. Except we were not told courtesy bus stops at 11pm, so had to grab a cab back to villas. Cab driver made it obvious he was annoyed about such a short trip.
