After speaking to like half of all migration agents all over Australia, Neha was probably the only person I talked to who was happy to answer all questions I had and I had a lot of questions. Got my permanent residency through Neha and she is extremely prompt and hard working (even replying at 10 pm at night). She is extremely honest (encouraging me to lodge it by myself once I informed how much work I have already done) and that is why I felt comfortable to go through with her. I am an extremely picky person and I cannot recommend Neha enough.
