So happy with Kenneth.K, he found me a job in seconds of going there. I 100% recommend Kenneth.K and max employment they help out amazingly and very quickly to find the perfect dream jobs.

Terrible people. She and her coworkers have belittled, mocked and laughed at my mum. She made a racist comment about my mum's name then laughed it off to me over the phone like it was a joke. She refused to adjust appointments to benefit my mum's health and refused to provide a translator. I had to chase up for those changes on their main line. Even now, she uses Google translate. Which is not effective at all. The crippling irony when she yells at me to give her, an old lady, some respect. Don't get me started on the audacity of strong arming the title disability worker" when all you do is cause problems. Why even pursue this line of work when you lack fundamental human compassion?Update: we met with the manager who was thoughtful and did her best to remedy the situation and treat my mum fairly in the future."

I had a truly horrible time being linked to this agency in Campsie. They are ineffective at keeping to any kind of schedule and cannot effectively communicate with clients. I saw the receptionist mocking other clients. I was given no help in search for alternative employment. When I did secure a job interview for myself the person I was linked to questioned my ability to do this job and why I would even apply for it. As someone with mental health issues, this was very damaging to my self-esteem. I went along and got the job anyways, with no help from this team. I'm so glad I never ever have to go back. I feel genuinely sorry for the other clients who still have to put up with this staff who should be ashamed of themselves.

I was very happy with Kenneth.K, he provided clarity on future job roles, effective communication, professionalism and presentable. Definitely, an asset to the business, thank you, Kenneth.K

If your caseworker is Saima, ask for another. Single handedly the most incompetent caseworker I've ever met. But at least it was motivation to get off centrelink even if it was a detriment to my living conditions. Everyone else was super nice though.

Saimer haider, and site manager all incredibly rude and hopeless. Incompatent agency, terrible consultants. Seek a transfer. Mixed contraditive instructions.Consultant advised me at 4.30 Friday with a drink and nugget in her hand it was cleaning time

As of August 2019, these folks really care. Great support for job seekers. Get yourself into the Job Success sessions if possible.

Well, I have recently been there for consultation . They tried a lot to find a way for helpOmg me. Specifically, I have to say thank you to Nas (Nasreen), who encouraged me a lot to take my chance to join Max employment and make my resume better. Very responsible and reliable person. Although , I didn’t have a chance to continue with them because of some personal issues in my life, I never forget their kindness and encouragement that time, which was very nice. God bless you
