Puppy Shack

We purchased a cross King Charles Spaniel and Beagle about a year ago now from puppy shack. The puppy shack premises we're clean when we went and the dogs looked well. Our new puppy has grown into a really happy, healthy family dog. I couldn't be happier.

What a beautiful little shop. The puppies there were clean, healthy, and their surroundings very hygienic. Protocol was followed by the staff member and could not handle puppies unless hands were sterilised and apron donned. The 3 ladies that were there were very pleasant and welcoming. I was served by Dee and a young lady on the till. Awesome service. Will be back for more goodies..C.D.Brisbane.

Maddie is a champion! Genuine love for all dogs shown in her professional approach in all aspects of operating the well set up hydrobath. Very considerate in shampoo selection, water temperature, dog temperament and owner’s wishes. Not afraid to get wet and dirty, Maddie gets her hands gently & caring-ly deep into the fur. Getting our rescue pup stunningly fresh and clean, smelling beautiful and extra cuddly for our two young kids. An actual dog-owner herself, Maddie remembers our greyhound & is so nice to him.‘Authentic love for dogs’ lives here. Yes politics aside, from the owner to the WHOLE LOVING team members DO Care and nurture all puppies here. Showing love far above and beyond.From the very first day we stepped into the door, with how impressed we’ve been, our family will remain returning customers.*I honestly promise that I do Not know any of the personnel personally, I’m a ‘relatively’ new returning customer, ANDNo staff member had even mentioned typing a review.

I cannot speak highly enough of Puppy Shack. I have been to a Puppy Shack a number of times just to buy items for my previous dogs and they have always been extremely helpful and price wise they are excellent with a great variety of items to choose from. I have also purchased a puppy from them and they were exceptional. I told them what my situation was (family, how often we’d be away etc) and they recommended a puppy/dog that would suit my family and she is perfect. Their after purchase service is also great, checking up via message to see how pup is going and if I needed any advice which is just so nice to know that you have that support. You get your first vet check up free with purchase and the vet said that every pup that she’s seen from Puppy Shack was always in great condition and well adjusted.I don’t understand the previous bad reviews as I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Have definitely recommended them to friends.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Puppy Shack. I dealt with many staff members and all knew the personalities and quirks of each pup. All the staff members were friendly and willing to answer questions. The animals are treated well and were very happy. I have had my puppy for three and a half weeks now and she has been wonderful. The store has been supportive and open with any questions I have had after purchasing my gorgeous pup. 100% would recommended!

We got our beautiful boy Archie from here, told he was from a mistake litter from their usual Cocker spaniel breeder - apparently he is a Cocker X cattle dog so we got him cheap. Still not sure if that is his exact breed but we have no complaints about his health or condition when we got him. Despite that, I don't think I would buy another pet from this place, very expensive designer" breeds and no real information about the breeders when you go to check out the dogs. Our next dog will definitely be adopted or from a legitimate breeder

My partner and I bought a Shoodle Puppy from the puppy shack over a week ago and I would have to say we have never had service better, or a better trained and healthy pup.The manager and staff were brilliant, once we decided on the puppy we wanted we were kept updated throughout everyday, with photos and texts, until the day we came to collect him.He is such a beautiful pup, has settled in perfectly and was already well on his way to being house trained. No health issues and a great wee personality.The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they offered advice and gave us LOADS of extra little bits and pieces to take home for the pup, including a little toy he had with the scent of his brother.One of the reasons we choose the Puppy Shack was because they really do care for their puppies. They vet every customer to make sure the puppies only go to good homes and families. Their care was very genuine and they were a little sad when we took our Pup home.I couldn't recommend the Puppy Shack more highly, thank you for a wonderful service and an fantastic puppy.
