I purchased a spa and required a spa in a corner of my yard. Tony was extremely responsive. Based on the information I provided he was able to give a general price, which meant neither of our time was wasted if it was outside my budget. Tony then arranged a time to come out and fine tune the quote. He communicated clearly when he would be available and let me know when he was on his way. The quote was reasonable for the limitations of the space, taking great care to ensure draining needs were considered and provided recommendations to improve the original concept I provided. I couldn't be happier with the results. Tony, Josh and Kevin were meticulous with taking as much care as possible to ensure there was no damage to the garage floor and driveway with diggers coming through. They went the extra mile to hose away dirt on the driveway. They are extremely respectful house guests, who are down to earth, easy to work with and a breeze when accommodating other trades.Will definitely be recommending Tony and the crew from Desired Concreting its always good to have a tradie you can trust.
