Annie Garrety Counselling
I have been working with Annie in gestalt therapy for the greater part of this year, as part of a depressive study. Without knowing what to expect, I jumped in with an open heart and I can say that Annie has really seen me and challenged me throughout this process in the best way, like a mentor but also like a brilliant friend. I come out of this experience with a greater awareness and respect for what's happening in my body, and more confidence in acceptance of myself. I thought I came into this therapy to focus on my weakness, but Annie has a way of guiding you through your strength.
