Update: DONT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS FOR THIS SALON, THEY ARE FAKE REVIEWS!Following my disappointing experience with Saint Rose, I posted a review, at the time they only had 16 reviews for the last few years. Suddenly, the day after I posted my review, 10 new positive reviews have popped up. If that doesnt scream fake reviews, I don’t know what will.Original review:Really appalling customer service. I’ve never been to saint rose before but I booked in becuase I followed my hairdresser from her prior salon. The night before the appointment my darling little Frenchie became extremely unwell and had to be admitted to the animal hospital and I had to pick her up the next day which meant I couldn’t make my hair appointment. So I called whilst I was at the animal hospital, explained the situation to the business owner, whilst crying on the phone as I was so distressed and asked to reschedule. Rather than say, I’m sorry to hear that, or offer any kind words, the owner immediately said “we’ll have to keep your deposit even if you reschedule”. I was so shocked at that response which lacks all compassion and human decency and told her that’s fine she can keep the $140 deposit but I won’t be going back as I only booked there out of loyalty to my old hairdresser who’d move there. the owner then said “we’ve got a business to run”, showing she clearly doesn’t care about her customers at all. besides being so rude, this comment also shows how short-sighted they are as I pay $350+ per appointment and get my hair done every 2 months. Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend, they clearly lack compassion, customer service and general human decency, spend your money elsewhere.Edit: in response to owners statement, for clarity I never “threatened to destroy your reputation”, that’s a totally inaccurate representation. All I said was, I’m going to leave a review and tell my friends about this disgusting and extremely disappointing customer experience. That’s exactly what I’ve done. Telling the truth about a customer experience isn’t “destroying your reputation”, unfortunately you did that when you delivered a sub-par customer experience and thereby tarnished your own reputation.And yes your right, I was emotional because after having had a really challenging experience the last 6 months I was super excited to get my hair done and after being at the animal hospital for 12+ Hours to then have to deal with someone as self-absorbed as you, it was the last thing I needed. I have been going to Saint Rose Salon for years and I have never had a negative experience. All of the girls are so welcoming and always greet me with a smile and accomodate whatever needs I have before my appointment even begins! Whoever is doing my hair whether its colouring, washing or cutting, all of the girls are always so attentive to detail and constantly check in and ask what I am wanting. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with my hair! Wouldn't trust anyone else!!

Can’t fault my experiences at Saint Rose! The owners are such gorgeous people and I love visiting the stunning salon for a pamper! The stylists are so talented and always take time to provide advice before making you feel and look better than you did when you arrived! Highly recommend!

I originally contacted Saint Rose Salon as I had wanted to fulfil a dream of dark blue hair. Liam provided a great cut and consult and we were able to make a plan. Liam then managed to help me achieve my hair dreams!Liam listens and provides suggestions that work for my hair, lifestyle and hair styling skill level. I have been back multiple times since then and will continue to book in with Liam.I even recommended Liam to family and take my kids there for their trims/cuts.My daughter loves Britt for a cut (and a braid). Britt also listens to my thoughts on my daughters hair and provides good suggestions too.The other staff are also warm and welcoming. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality services.Thanks Liam, Britt and the Saint Rose Salon staff!

I originally had an appointment for a week ago, woke up feeling unwell, when I called to let them know I wasn't able to attend they were very understanding and sympathetic, rescheduled my appointment and transferred my deposit.I attended on a Saturday morning and it was absolutely buzzing, I was greeted warmly, such a lovely atmosphere.I saw Kayla and she is an absolute gem, listened to what I did (and didn't) want, and I walked out with a lovely style. Will definitely be back, thanks you!

I’ve been going to this salon for years and still travel well over an hour to attend my appointments. They go above and beyond to suit clients needs, have managed to stay well priced and have only got better at what they do despite being a small business that has gone through the pandemic.Couldn’t recommend more!

Omg where do I start. The team are all so lovely and welcoming. Kayla was my stylist and she was amazing, she sat down with me and asked what I wanted and didn’t want and continued to check in throughout my appointment. It was so lovely to see how well the team gets on there and all help each other out. The salon itself is beautiful. The massage chairs at the sink and coffee with a biccy are lovely touches. Also so reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

I just want to acknowledge Lisa and the rest of the girls at Saint Rose for their second to none customer service. I am new to the salon (3 appointments to date). I am always greeted with a genuine smile and warmth....something other salons could learn from. I am so lucky that Lisa, my hairdresser is knowledgeable when it comes to hair styles/cuts on chemically straightened thick hair like mine. She's made a world of difference to the way my hair looks and feels. I am deeply appreciative of that. The salon has a positive vibe to it so I urge you all to pay Saint Rose a visit. Saint Rose is the best salon I’ve ever been to! The staff go above and beyond and are amazing at what they do! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Highly recommend Saint Rose!

I have been to this fantastic salon for a number of years, the staff are phenomenal at what they do and I have always walked away a happy little vegemite. The customer service is brilliant! I look forward to my next hair cut.
