Great place to have a hair cut. They listen to what you want done and they pretty much can do anything. Pricing is aslo pretty good. Parking is easy, as I usually park across the street in arndale shopping centre and walk here. The place gets busy at times and you may have a long wait. Sometimes I go to arndale to pass the time and come back.

This is not the place.Went in and got a haircut, the consultation lasted seconds and the haircut was done in minutes. It was not what I asked for. Hair I had been growing for years, snipped off and nothing to save. I had very long hair so there were lots of room for error with the style I wanted. Nope, went straight ahead and cut half of it off.I almost started crying when I was sat to be “styled”. My hair was straightened. Nothing else was done except for some curves at the front after I panicked trying to salvage my hair to look similar to the reference, asking why the bangs were cut so short. It was basically a fringe. I asked to get shown how I could at least style the haircut I was given. I was simply ushered along saying I could do simple hair curls at home. I had my glasses off so I put my faith in the hairdresser. Oh how wrong I was. Everything was done fast and choppily because there’s only one main hairdresser. Maybe two at most but otherwise things had to be done quick and fast.While the staff were friendly, the service itself shows that speed and getting through customers is the main priority and you will not feel like as if you are being taken seriously

Husband and wife team. Excellent cut and colour. No appointments, walk in, so can be a long wait.

Quang is by far the only person I will let cut my son's hair!The way he works with him and the way my little boy responds to Quang, I've seen no where else.
