Match Restaurant
While traveling in WA with my husband and our two daughters from Brisbane, we were recommended the Match restaurant from our holiday home hosts at Peppermint Grove Beach. It was exceptional! It really was an amazing lunch where the chef hand delivers the meals to the table. It really was the best meal we had in WA and we visited some world class Margaret river vineyard restaurants but this little unassuming beauty on the outskirts was the stand out! Thank you Match restaurant for a wonderful lunch experience.

One word: wow! Oh and another word: scallops. Do not hesitate and order them immediately. Service was exceptional. They made my friend and I feel very special for the duration of our lunch.

The service was very good and we had a nice private room for my daughter in-laws birthday. The meals were very ordinary....the prawns were old , dry and tasted terrible, the emu meal was described as like eating dog food. Most disappointing as we had heard the food was special. Won't be going back.

It’s worth while stopping by to have lunch. Staff are very friendly. You can look over vineyard from the restaurant. It’s so beautiful. You can have lunch while tasting wines at the table. Dishes are interesting and very tasty.

The food & service was 'FANTASTIC' . We couldn't have picked a better place to catch up with our beautiful friends !!! Congrats to the Chef & our Waiter on a job well done ! We will be back !

The food was more than we expected, the service friendly and efficient. The only negative comment would be that the chairs are extremely uncomfortable, they are designed to have a cushion, the frame to house it cuts into your thighs. Pity

Capel Vale has always been one of my favorites going down south. It is the first really good winery on the door step of Margaret River. You can taste the love of a family run business. The Cellar Door has its exclusive little wine list in addition to the all time favorites.The restaurant atmosphere is relaxed and the share platters can be matched with the available selection. The right thing to stop by and get the first taste of the south west.
