Great gym, nice clean equipment, friendly staff, crèche is a major pull for anyone with kids, very hot sauna and parking included!

Reception is friendly and helpful. Gym is fairly quiet.Not 24hrs!Check T&C's when you sign up! I had no problems, but a friend signed up a week later had different T&C's and we thought we were getting the same thing.Classes are a bit deceptive from the picture on IG & their website (taken from other locations). They only have studio classes.Did not have a good experience with a PT who did not tell me his full pricing when I asked repeatedly. Said he'd email me the details later, which he did in the form of a bill. The program he created was fairly basic and not personalised. It didn't include any of the new exercises he showed me in the in-person session, on Excel, didn't specify weights (even though there is a deload week).

The infrastructure is perfect but I would like to complain about the staff, I often ask about the product for the protein shakes I was talking to this blonde, young lady who never knows anything about the products they sale or the allergens in the shakes, I think if you work and offer a product at least you should know what is made of and have available information for customers.Asked her, she didn’t have any information, just guessing around, when I communicated I was intolerant she didn’t even care or offer any solution. Terrible customer service I think your staff should be able to at least respond simple questions about what you are selling.

It's pretty good you can get your work outs finshed quick cause it's not as pack. the music is not that good and not that much Machines. The staffs are good and nice.

Worked out here for two and a half years. Gym has a good range of equipment and it's never too busy that you have to wait around. Best gym in this area.

Excellent gym. Superb facilities and very competent staff ready to accommodate every training need i had so far (I'm not a beginner but a discussion on fundamentals is always welcomed as a healthy reality check). If you are looking for a great environment and excellent training set look no further.

A large space set within an old industrial estate near Redfern station. There’s a decent range of classes, and plenty of static machines and free weights. It’s got talk ceilings and plenty of room between machines to ensure you never feel too stuffy. There’s a sauna and crèche, as well as a nice sitting area with cushioned booths if you need to kill some time. I’m yet to try the food or shakes on offer but they certainly look good.

Recently joined, previously at FF.This is a great gym, with lots of well maintained equipment. It never feels too crowded given the ample space. The staff are super friendly, and were great during sign-up. They answered all my questions and helped me sign up for a membership that works for me now and into the future.I haven't tried their shakes but will soon as I hear they are legendary! :)Would highly recommend trying out BodyFit.
