State of the art student accommodation

Absolutely awful student accommodation. They are constantly changing the house rules to increase profit. If you accidentally lock yourself out of your room or lose your key card you will be charged to get let back in. Access to their “state of the art” facilities - which are actually very average - is limited to only certain hours of the day. They have also just changed the rules so you cannot access any floors other than your own by the lift. This is extremely restrictive, especially to those who wish to visit people on other floors who have reduced mobility or disabilities. The kitchens and shared spaces are often too busy or too dirty to happily use. Fees also go up each year, and it seems the quality of service just keeps going down. Don’t waste your time and money.
