Great gym! Always well maintained and it’s got a good vibe, which I like! The manager, Brayden, is very helpful and gets issues sorted pretty quickly. Very happy here :)

This gym is a complete scam. The gym gave me a free trial then took 69.95 from my bank account without permission. You have to read the fine prints in their policy. Getting the free trial means that you give them permission to take money from you anytime they want. Then they refused to reply to email or answer the call. When I finally reached out to them, the manager was extremely rude. I am not sure whether he is just rude to everyone or just to me because I am a woman and he has toxic masculinity. He not only refused to return the payment but also threatened to take more money. Is that even legal to behave this way and be so money thirsty? Do not sign up to this gym! The owner just wants to keep as much scam money as he can.To reply to the comment belowWe have talked on the phone so don't lie and pretend you don't know me. Also, if you are not on the phone you can not vouch for your so called polite staff. Here is the simple reason, how can you know if you are not there? What evidence do you have? The person on the phone is the owner of the gym not a staff by the way. Maybe that is why he is aggressive and bossy. Maybe the gym owner should also take some responsibility of his rudeness and learn some people skills.

Great atmosphere and amazing team here at Snap Fitness Sunnybank! The club and equipment is always clean and well maintained. PT Luke has helped my with squat and deadlift technique and I can finally squat without any back pain!! Keep it up guys, doing a great job!

I am starting from a free month, but still paid 69.95 for the access card! The manager and trainers are very nice, but they currently not working, my credit card has been automatically deducted and no one answer my phone no one reply my email to cancel my account! So, be careful to sign up!

Gym was rather outdated, nothing like any other Snaps I’ve been too. Great array of equipment, but paddings on the outdated machines were damaged. Gym has a non-pleasant musky smell to it, weights were a nightmare around the gym (on the floor and left on machines), and toilet was not flushing which was quite gross. Sadly, just seems like members aren’t taking care of the facility, and staff is just letting it slide.

I've never had anything but A+ service from the team at Sunnybank. I took on Luke as a Personal trainer a few months ago and have had sensational results. He has been very understanding and taken into account my injuries that had left me in debilitating pain up until now which is much more manageable. Special thanks to the crew for keeping such a clean and welcoming place to train during my visits. keep up the good work

Brayden is an awesome manager with exceptional customer service skills which is sadly rare in gyms in this area. Well maintained gym with all the equipment you need. Far better place than the two big gyms on Kessels Road. Snap is a far more positive environment with ample parking. Thank you!
