Had to return a pair of shoes purchased online. Nathan at the Hervey Bay store made it easy, even searched online to help find me another pair next size up then wrote down the product code for me.Thanks Nathan, excellent service.

Happy with shopping experience. But very hard to find store. Google search sent to boat harbour drive.Not there and no notice on old store redirecting to pialba place. Even still have old address on receipt.No

The store itself is pretty good, although the staff are terrible. We had been in the shop for some time and the staff member wanted to leave. Practically pushed us out of the door and lied saying we couldn't buy anything because the till locks itself on closing time and they can't open or operate it.

Online purchase hasn't shipped for over a week. No communication froms rivers. Have emailed online support 4 times, messaged on Facebook with no replies, sat on their 1800 number for 20 minutes with no answer and the line hangs up. Terrible customer service. Their Google ads show 1 price then when you click it the website is another price. Stores don't match their own online price. Very disappointed and misleading.

Always have specials on, very good value, parking can be hard but if your patient you will succeed, only problem I found is that the shoe sizes on the racks are mixed up, searching does pay off though

Clean store, standard pricing. Staff were friendly.

HOW TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS.My wife and I attended Rivers Hervey Bay this morning, with the intention of buying several pairs of Jeans.After trying on some of the Jeans, and about to depart from the fitting room, the elder woman who I assume was the cashier, with a very sour look on her face, yelled at us from the counter that we had not used the hand sanitiser prior to entering the fitting room. Her manner was very condescending and rude and as there were several other customers now stopped and looking at us for our terrible wrongs, we found this quite embarrassing and uncomfortable.We come from the hospitality industry and being motel owners, if this was the way we addressed our customers, we would certainly have very little custom and perhaps this woman needs a few lessons in how to speak to customers so that she may retain her employment in these tough times.We ended up walking out feeling somewhat degraded and without any Jeans. Learning manners may be the first Tafe lesson this woman needs to experience.

Keep going back because of the salesman you have, he make my wife and I laugh....oh and you have good specials

Do not go to the Hervey Bay store on Weekends or when Erin M. is rostered on.Cant Greet cant process a Gift Card what a Time Waster!!
