Booked over a week in advance, that got cancelled rescheduled only to find out they can't make that appointment either then left text message for me after they had not been able to turn up to either appointment telling me they have cancelled my appointment because they haven't heard back from me. Can't comment on quality of work as never got the service.

Hi folks, I had Electro-dry come out to shampoo the carpet in the bedroom and lounge, the bedroom carpet was spoilt by the previous owners, I was about to replace it, but thought I would try a shampoo first, Adam from Electro-dry did a first class job and he was very friendly, both carpets look like new.

I hired this company to clean my daughter's sofa as a surprise while she was on vacation - the quality of the service was shocking. The main issue was that the cushions were not removed so the crevices still contained crumbs etc. Stain removal was non-existant (did not even appear that an attempt was made). Additionally, they cancelled the first appointment and then were late for the second. When I reached out to the company to discuss my feedback I received no response. Could not in good conscience recommend this service to others.

We engaged Electrodry to clean our split system air conditioners (inside and outside) and Paul from Baldivis arrived on time, incredibly friendly and professional, just got the job done and the air conditioners are now pristine! Thanks Paul for doing such an amazing job, couldn’t be happier!Nothing was too much problems, he left the place clean after he had finished and provided excellent customer service!I’m now booking the rest of our split systems to get a pamper treatment too!You’d be amazed at the muck that linger inside these air conditioners! All this black dirt and grease from one air conditioner in the kitchen/dining area - Do yourself a favour… Get it done, the air con works so much better already!
