Only About Children Moonee Ponds

The level of care and support given to our child at OAC has been exceptional over the last 5 months, the center has gone through a transition with staff and center director, I want to commend Sharna Troise particularly for her care and support. She has really created a sense of stability and calm, the center feels like a second home for us, we just LOVE it. Thank you OAC and staff.

Great centre, helpful and experienced staff that are very caring and warm - makes drop offs easy and my son is very happy here. Thanks Carmel Mel and team. Highly recommended!

IF I COULD RATE THIS CENTRE A ZERO I WOULD. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR...WHAT PEOPLE HAVEN'T REALSIED WHO HAVE THERE CHILDREN ATTEND TO THIS CENTRE IS THAT MANAGEMENT AND OWNER WANT MORE CHILDREN FOR MORE $$ONLY A FEW STAFF HAVE SEEMED GENUINE ABOUT THERE JOB BUT OVERALL AND MANAGMENT DON'T CARE. ALOT OF BUSINESSES THESE DAYS HAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE 2 FACED. ACT OR PRETEND THEY CARE ABOUT MY CHILD BUT REALLY THEY DON'T.STAY AWAY FROM THIS CENTRE...THEY ARE CHEAP ON THE FOOD THEY GIVE TO THE CHILDRENROOMS ARE ALWAYS DIRTYCARMEL THE MANAGER HAS BEEN RUDEMY CHILD DOESN'T LEARN ANYTHING OR DO ANYTHING. JUST LET HIM DO WHAT EVER.DON'T BOTHER REPLYING TO THIS REVIEW. I'M HAPPY FOR OTHERS TO HEAR MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS CENTRE.

As a mother, I am thrilled to share my daughter's experience at Only About Children - Moonee Ponds over the past year. Before relocating to Gold Coast, Summer absolutely loved attending and made genuine connections with her teachers Farax, Nat, and Vidumini, who became her real best friends.It is heartwarming to see how happy and content she was coming home from this daycare. The staff's love and care for the children is evident in the way they interact with them, and I am also so grateful for the exceptional care and attention Carmel, the manager of Only About Children - Moonee Ponds had provided for my daughter over the past year.This daycare is truly a gem, providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive and grow. The staff takes their role seriously, and their dedication to the children's well-being is unparalleled.Overall, I am grateful for the positive impact that Only About Children - Moonee Ponds has had on my daughter Summer's life. My child and I have thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Moonee Ponds Early Learning Centre. My daughter was always greeted with smiling faces and exposed to a nurturing and fun loving environment. Management was always supportive and flexible of our needs.

We have had a very positive experience with MPELC. My son has been attending for a little over a year and loves going to 'school'.The educators are friendly and very caring, they encourage the development of my son's individual interests and skills.Communication from the admin team has been great, the whole centre seems to have a very team based approach!

After a terrible experience at our first daycare - we decided to head to Only About Children in Moonee Ponds. From the very first meeting, all the staff were tentative, kind and always happy! We have been at this centre for over 10 months and could not be happier! Sharna at the head of the team is an absolute breath of fresh air, with so much love and care for all the children and the parents!A special mention to the Blossoms room with Lisa and Emilia, who have paid such close attention to our son who has had some not so great days - they have always made sure he is happy and cared for with the up most love!We cannot wait to watch our son grow and learn each and every visit at Only About Children - Moonee Ponds!

I've had 2 children go through this centre across a period of 8 years. I could not rate this centre more highly. All of the educators I have come across during my time there have been nothing short of fabulous. They love what they do and are beautiful with the children. The centre manager Carmel has been amazing to deal with. Nothing has ever been too hard. She is an incredible representative of the centre and fabulous with the kids! I've loved my time there, and encourage anyone who is thinking of enrolling their children here to do so. Its brilliant. p.s: contrary to another review I have found the food here to be fresh and amazing. I wish my kids ate as well as they do here at home!

Be very careful for what you're choosing for your kids because some educators could be rude and unrespectful to the children. Poor kids are being yelled at sometimes. To parents, don't just trust what you see for the short 5 minuets when you drop off/ pick up your kids.
