Worst experience I’ve ever had with a property manager Skye Zunker. They were allowing the tenants to break the lease without paying a break lease fee. Absolutely disgusting and would never want this mob to manage any of my properties. They sold me the house and promised they would look after me, instead they allowed the tenants to move on without paying almost 1 year of water and the break lease fee. Owner Reece O Brian is only after money, if they money is going his way, that’s the side he will take. I’m left scared over the horrible treatment I had to endure. Plenty of other agents around that will have better customer service than this!

I totally recommended Laura with the highest recommendations!. She made the entire experience so good & easy. I moved from 4hrs away so after the initial viewing & negotiations of the contract, anything i needed to know, see, do etc Laura assisted with so i didn't have to keep travelling up. Even the final pre inspection Laura did via video call and went through everything in detail. I'm an anxious person and Laura calmed me with her ability to help.

Dealt with Stephen Wright, he is lazy arrogant and lacks knowledge and failed both the myself the buyer and seller,which I'm sure he doesn't care about as he got his commission reguardless
