Rang for a quote on a dual cab service body, the woman I spoke with was abrupt and rude from the beginning, was told the quote would be emailed after hanging up. No quote came, rang again 3 more times before they finally sent. None of this would have been an issue but the attitude of the sales woman every conversation was enough for me to take my business else where. Competitions prices were also better.

Back in October 2019 we cancelled a service back due to financial problems, we were told that we would lose our deposit as the manufacturing had commenced. I understood this a was pleased with their professionalism and the alternative they proposed, although they didn't help our situation. Communications between us had been very easy with almost immediate response to phone and email.This morning received a call (24/4/2020) to say that they had been able to use the materials on other jobs, and that we would be receiving a full refund. Although I can't comment on the actual trade back. I have never had such good dealings with any other business. Go CSM

After sales service is becoming very poor and disappointing! Returning phone calls is not a part of their service! After singing their praises all around Australia we won't be doing this anymore.

Expect to pay around 4K plus to change your canopy onto another car, very disappointing that they don’t look after existing customers, I’m at the point of selling car with canopy on it as I don’t want to deal with these guys again.
