We have been with Jaelyn and previously with Daniela from Coronis real estate previously Biggin and Scott for a number of years.We would not even think of going elsewhere, they are all so professional, honest, responsive and great personalities.We have rung them at all hours of the day and have always got a response back practically straight away.Our tenants are also very happy with them too.Great Agents for sure

I had such poor customer experience dealing with Coronis: Over Promise and Under DeliverThere was the poor selection of tenant (Noisy and vulgar)I received multiple noise complaints from my neighbors for 15 years when the new tenants moved in.When the evaporative cooler tripped, rather than calling the air conditioning company to rectify the fault, an electrician was sent to check that it tripped. We already knew that it tripped. I was charged for the call out fees without the fault being remediated.After authorizing the call out for the authorize Service Agent with Coronis, there was no follow up with the authorize Service Agent and the Evaporative Cooler issue remain unresolved.I gave Coronis the opportunity to sell my property due to all the drama with the noisy tenants so that it will be a seamless transition for the tenant.When engaging the Coronis Property Agent to sell my property, I was assured that the property will be sold at the price range quoted.It was agreed that 50% of the marketing will be paid up front and 50% when the property was sold.After 3 months of mucking around, there was not an acceptable offer that came close to the original estimate.The “Price Improvement” strategy that will create the competition only serve to bring down the price further.The property was not sold, however Coronis was insistent on recovering the balance 50% of the marketing cost.There was unauthorized marketing fees charged to promote the property.When I attempted to reach out to the Property Agent to seek clarification, she just ghosted me; not returning my call and text message.If you are a Property Owner looking for a property manager to manager your property or property agent to sell your property. I would advise caution. There are better options available.

We have a property managed by Danelle's team. The team was always available to answer our questions. They provide detailed information to landlords of property inspections and a rigorous and reliable process of tenant selection

My experience with Coronis Boronia has been disappointing beyond belief.Since Coronis took over rental management of my property, no rent, statements, or information of any kind has been received.When selling the property, Coronis obtained an unconditional offer. However, the purchaser cancelled when a Coronis Agent misrepresented a critical detail about the property.An Agent from Coronis then gave me, what I believe to be, false and misleading legal information regarding the contract.A second purchaser was obtained and when time came for the balance of the 10% deposit to be returned, no account details or reconciliation was given.To date, requests to Adam Flynn for help to resolve these matters has been ignored.What I find so disappointing is the lack of professionalism from a Company that purports to be most respected.
