Jack and the team at Brisbane City Landscapes recently did a MAJOR tidy up of our gardens. WOW!!!! They arrived on time ready to go and were friendly, polite and very hardworking. I found them easy to talk to and had no hesitations in the quality of work they were doing. They outlined their plans for the day and kept me informed the whole way through. I would highly recommend Jack and his team.

Jack came to returf the small area at the back of our ground floor apartment.He came promptly to give us the quote and explained what he would be doing. The quote was a little more than we had anticipated, but because access to the site was very limited which meant that no equipment could be brought onto the site, so it was all done by hand we were happy with his quote and work proceeded.The job was completed on the one day and there was no mess left for us to tidy up.Unfortunately a fair bit of the turf didn't take. Jack brought in a 'specialist', as his own cost, who told us there was a fungal infection in the turf which was causing the problem. Jack arranged for this to be sorted, again at his cost.We have been very pleased with the service we got from Brisbane City Landscapes and have asked him to quote for more work for us and the body corp

Jack and team helped with Trees, shrubs removal in the backyard of my new home and also setting up our new garden bed! I can’t be more happier with the outcome.. such a professional service Jack provides, I won’t look beyond him for such work in the future! No wonder am recommending them to my friends as well!!

Jack and his team did a wonderful job laying fake grass and transforming an entertaining area of our backyard. The team were professional and the work was done quickly. Jack was a great communicator and was honest and easy to work with. Would 100% recommend.

The front was gloomy, muddy, and ugly. Jack came out and gave an honest quote with realistic expectations. He worked around my needs, budget, and pedantic worrying. The team was professional, and smashed out the job despite discovering a half day of plumbing problems the previous owners had created. (Who runs the water main directly into a garden faucet mounted onto a rotten fence paling, not even a post?!?! Not to mention drainage and sewerage issues discovered as well.) They even corrected my mistake when I calculated the number of pavers incorrectly, and turned it into something better than envisioned.They finished on time and on budget. I absolutely would use them again.

The best house/ garden improvement experience I have had! Jack and his team are eager, prompt, reliable, friendly and they are extremely hard workers! Nothing was too much trouble and the end product was far better than I thought possible with the space/ garden!
