Right Choice Solar

Installer returned 4 times and system was still not working and could not view home power consumption. I arranged for a 3rd party electrician to inspect the system and they found the SMA Home Manager 2 was wired incorrectly. System was feeding 10kw into grid but we had zero export approval. During solar installation the installer also upgraded the meter box. This was also found to be non-compliant and dangerous. These faults were rectified by a 3rd party electrician. Right choice Solar continually sent texts and messages demanding payment even though the system was non-compliant and not functioning correctly.This installation has been going for over 5 months.Clean Energy Council has issued Right Choice Solar with a rectification notice but to date this has not yet been completed. Case # 10880I would never recommend this company to any one

Do not use this company. They use aggressive marketing, repeatedly calling and contacting for sales after I asked to be taken off their database. They illegally obtained my contact details and have been reported to the ACCC.

Have paid a deposit back in Oct 2019 after gettinfg a Quote, company contacted me saying they could not install system as installers were going on leave. Ask for a refund still waiting, company is a scam they don't reply your emails they owe me $300 it is now Jan 2020. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
