The staff and optometrist were friendly and can speak Chinese. They helped me choose a frame that suits me and they provided a good customer service.

Very happy with the overall experience at the shop. As someone with mild social anxiety (self diagnosed), I always find it slightly confronting to have someone follow me and give me advices on glasses. However Nicole was able to make the process very uncomplicated somehow and I ended up having a good experience with my purchase.We will come back again for our other optometric needs. Thanks Nicole!

The customer service was extremely bad. This was the first time I wanted to get a pair of glasses. When I approached to one of the workers, I asked about some of the detail about using insurance. The worker got really rude, and kept saying we don't do illegal thing when we actually didn't ask her to do anything just to book an appointment for the optometry. She also asked us to leave and go to other shop if we just wanted to do the optometry but not buying glasses. She said she will only book appointment for the customers who will buy glasses after the optometry. I explained that I would buy one, and I was just not sure about the outcome of the optometry. But the worker seemed not understood what I was talking about and kept asked us to go to other shop. At the end she just asked us to leave in a really rude way.I am really unpleasant about this experience and I will definitely not recommend this shop in Box Hill.

Just popped in store today but only one female staff at that time. Had other two customers at the same time. She was doing something at the counter. One customer and me had to approach her to get some enquires done. I still didn’t get my full answers for my enquiring. I ended up to go another optical store inside the shopping centre.

I visited the store today and all the staff were super helpful, assisting me in picking the perfect frames for my face shape. All the glasses that I tried on were all sanitised prior to placing them back on display and the store was well kept and clean. The optometrist was very thorough with her assessment and answered all my questions concisely.

As a glaucoma patient I have attended this clinic a few times. I appreciate the dedication and care of the optometrist, who always goes through the examination process thoroughly, explains my symptoms in detail and suggests possible remedies for consideration. I find her suggestions and recommendations practical. I have referred the service to my friends for her professionalism.The shop staffer is helpful and efficient as she quickly brought me a couple of frames after I showed her my current glasses and explained my preferences.
