It was a real pleasure working with Karen.Because of COVID we had to delay our order, but this was not a problem and incurred no extra charge.All the items we ordered were of good quality, and Karen provided us any additional items we might have needed to make things work correctly.This was our two-year old granddaughter visiting, and Karen suggested we get the tub-of-toys for $25. This would have had to been the best money I ever spent. Our granddaughter absolutely loved the selection and it saved us heaps of money.I would definitely recommend Karen and Hire for Baby for any other grandparents with visiting little angels.

Unfortunately, my experience with this HFB branch wasn't very successful as I received a wrong pram with one dodgy joint in the handle which made it difficult to navigate this pram. I didn't want to spend holiday time driving and exchanging the pram.

Having 2 Grandsons under the age 0f 2 1/2 visiting after the Covid experience was a daunting thought. Our house is far from childproof and our furniture is not for little ones. However after a quick chat with Karen we were feeling a lot better about having them visit for 10 days. She made some very helpful suggestions and happily provided extra equipment just in case". The child seats she installed provided excellent service and there she showed the value of using an experienced installer.I would have no hesitation in recommending her services to others. Good equipment and excellent advice."
