We always have an amazing experience at Galaxy Salon. Staff are always so lovely, accommodating and great with our kids!

Came back after the manager asked us to we were the only ones when we went back manager went to lunch the hairdresser we got understandably wanted to trim more than I was instructed so instantly showed her lack of customer service just plain rude, about my granddaughter’s hair as soon as we sat down. Proceeded to put the brush through her hair and turned and handed it to me and said you do it so I took my granddaughter and left. When I rang to speak to the manager she told me some rubbish about being a walk in hairdressers and they didn’t have time to brush hair because it’s only a $16 haircut so obviously customer service is not on the agenda.I was there only customer at that stage.If you don’t mind being a waste of time go there not recommended at all avoid the lack of common courtesy rude and self righteous.No customer service at all

Gave me very rough bowl cut

You got a men’s hair cut and the who cut my hair absolutely butchered my hair. She was also very blunt and rude to talk to. Highly don’t recommend.
