Ordered delivery through their website directly on the w/e, order never arrived and they still charged me.Called to try and get money back but no-one ever answers.Absolutely pathetic will never go back.

Sadly, the food was kinda of bad (wasn't cooked properly), and also the staff didn't want to help me getting the reward for the Red Royalty promo for new members. Felt bad and dissapointed for this experience. The app is also not optimized and made me lost a lot of time in just ordering. Not recommended.

Counter staff not friendly. Food was good. I ordered first, yet those who ordered after me with larger orders left with their meal before I got mine. May try again but possibly not.

Tried to order a click and collect order but the order was unable to be processed. Went through the drive-thru instead, ordered a burger with no Mayo only to have the wrong burger with no Mayo, ordered cheesy nuggets (told there was a wait on them) waited approximately 10 minutes for the order only to get home and not have the nuggets in the order. A big fail.

Food is usually great. However, the chicken burgers we had recently were inedible. Couldn't bite through the chicken and had to throw out.

Fast service, hot food, got 30% off with a voucher which was processed easily. No seasoning in the chicken which is our favourite and the chicken ever so slightly over cooked so not quite a 5 star rating. We had a chuckle when we asked for a quarter breast, not leg. The cook called from the back We don't sell breast

The store manager refused to provide any assistance when order being delivered was cancelled 40 mins after the order was placed. DoorDash said to contact store for assistance on reordering. The store manager simply said it's not us, it's DoorDash and we haven't even received the order, although I received an email order confirmation from Red Rooster Mildura. I asked for DoorDash's information and the store manager that couldn't handle the heat said no I'm not giving it to you, like a child. To add to his sad behaviour, stopped answering the store phone like he said he would. To final end, Red Rooster Mildura still took our money........

Service, food etc great.Got a leg 1/4 chicken again when ordered wing.Apart from that it is perfect.Very friendly, helpful staff. We always stop here when in Mildura.

Food was cold. soft drinks were warm ( just put in fridge) staff were scarce and non talkative.Do not recommend RR for anyone
