We had a great experience getting a little commercial type vacuum cleaner. There was a pretty decent range there with good options but it also wasn't overwhelming. The staff were super helpful, we were served by Danny I think who was very friendly and helpful. He listened to what we were after and made a recommendation. We also felt that he was very honest and wasn't pushy to try to get a sale but rather really tried to help us. We also found that the price was really good to. We very much appreciate the help and service at this store, thank you!

Don't come here if you want to get your vaccum clean fixed (which I bought here initially by the way). They charge a fee to look at it first then additional fees to do the repair. They will also probably try to sell you a new one. Go to the repairer located in the inner Eastern suburbs. They do not charge for the initial inspection. I just paid $99 to have the power cord replaced.

Indy was really great to deal with. Spent time actually explaining different models.We traded our old Sauber in for a new Wertheim 7 Series and we have big dogs so looking forward to using it. The customer service was really good and Indy was very helpful with actually presenting different options and not being pushy at all. He was pleasant to deal with so we went back on another day just to finish up the order with him. Such a positive experience.

Not worth a single star..Watch out if you take it back for repair.. they are in no hurry to help out and get things fixed. Its already about 6 weeks for me. Waiting and waiting. They keep passing the blame to someone else when you ring them...highly NOT RECOMMENDED and never going to make any purchase from their store. Very disappointing service.

Stick style vacuum not charging - took it to Godfrey's Gepps Cross store. With vacuum bundle in my arms slowly dropping beyond reach - a staff member kindly hurried to help me through the door.He listened to the problems I had with the vacuum and offered to examine it. Turned out the battery had finally 'spat the dummy' after 7 years and not able to be replaced.The shop assistant patiently advised on several similar units from the large shop display I was interested in without being pushy. I happily made my choice and the staff member carried it to my car - a most rewarding shopping experience.

Came in as we needed a repair on our vacuum. We needed a replacement plug. We needed it urgently for our job and Darren was such an amazing person we actually got it back the same day at a great price. Not only did they repair it they gave it a test and a tag. Great service all round and thank you again for Darren for helping us out and just having amazing service.

Travelled 200km because my brand new Tineco needed a cover replaced that had broken off. The guys were very helpful. Even though there was a 7 day wait for repairs, they put ours through and it was ready within the hour. They REALLY look after their country clients just as they do all of their clients. Thank you so much. It was really appreciated.

Knowledgeable, caring staff & great customer service. I will continue to do business with these guys. I was quite disappointed with the attitude at the Firle store.The PULLMAN 10lt COMMERCIAL VACUUM should be taken off the market! They don't last the 1yr warranty. Have had cord issues/replacements with both machines after 6mths & the motor blew on the second one after 10mths! And I only work 4 days a week!Very happy with the UK manufactured Little Henry" so far. Thank you for the recommendation!"
