Good service. Very nice people, helpful, just as one would like to be treated.

Purchased a used bike through the guys at team motto, salesman I dealt with was great but that's about it. The bike came with a rwc through team motto how ever it was obvious nothing was actually checked. On the initial road test we mentioned the rear brake felt like it did nothing, we were assured this would get fixed during the road worthy procedure. It was not.The rear brake was literally doing nothing, I've since fixed this with a brake fluid flush (there was plenty air in the system).The throttle had nearly 10mm of play in it which was not adjusted pre sale (I had to fix this) and lastly when picking up th bike the mirrors were loose and flapping in the wind, the bolts that hold fairings were left loose and literally fell out during hand over and the tyre pressures were low.I'm glad I had a good salesman there because that's the only saving grace for this place. I would not bring my bike here for any kind of servicing.

Disappointed. I was away for 3 months and had my 2021 Scout serviced immediately before I went away. When I returned I noticed a large stain on the floor below the left fork. I'd never seen any drops on the floor prior to this. Possibly coincidental.I'd received a recall notice from Indian in my absence, stating that there were problems with the fuel pump. It took me over two weeks to get an appointment for the workshop to look at the bike, but I was told that the recall notice was probably nothing if you've never had any backfires". Two weeks later

Got this CB400A from MCAS Keilor yesterday. Super four reasons to be happy about my purchase: great staff, great service, great bikes and great price. There are heaps of other great bike gears and accessories in their huge and airy warehouse style showroom. They also have a large collection of highly desirable used bikes. I actually got my helmet, jacket, gloves and shoes here last year as well, plus a few other bits. This is where I go for my bike needs first since I am close by. Highly recommend anyone looking for bikes and gears to go and check out.

Went to get some part for a helmet. Massive warehouse, bright, clean, and well organised.Love the displayed American motorcycles as well as the range of stocks they have.Staff was friendly and we were able to get what we needed pretty quickly.

Bought an item online that wasn't quite right for my needs when I finally got it. I was getting a bit of a runaround with other stores closer to me, but when I called MCAS Keilor East I was promptly told there was no problem and to come over when I could. The staff were very friendly, courteous, polite and professional. I was able to exchange items easily and happily went on my way. I will now check here first for anything else I need.
