Def worth a visit if you haven’t been here before! Always helpful and the equipment is amazing. Clean and up to date gym for beginner to experienced fitness people! Snap fitness delivers every time what they preach!

Been to a few snap gyms over QLD and emerald gym has been my favourite so far, plenty of variety of machines to work all muscle group. The gym is very well organised, tidy and clean. The staff are very friendly and always happy to answer any question and give guidance in work out strategies to gain maximum results. The atmosphere is great 5 stars from me. Thanks snap emerald

This club would not be what it is today without their club manager Jess! She is the best! Super easy to talk to, very friendly and just an overall great person. Love training here! :)

HIGHLY disappointed in this place. I went here for a while and after a few months I cancled in store since I was going to travel for a few months. After about 5 months I realised they have been taking money from my account even tough I was not a member anymore. I went back many times and called to get this sorted. Now they say they can not give me my money back because someone lost my form on which I had cancled my membership. In return they would give 6 months of membership but I cancled for a reason. Outmost sloppy, very disappointed

Gym is too small. Most afternoons it is hard to find a piece of equipment you want to use. Sign up fee and fee for swipoe card are ridiculous too.

Great gym! Professionalism of staff has allowed me to resume exercise after illness. I love that I can work at my own pace with appropriate program.
