I have repeatedly asked the owner of this company to remove our review and our photos from the Underdeck website. Some weeks after installation the “waterproof” product leaked and my attempts to have this problem resolved were met by assurances that a new installer would be sent and the leaks repaired. This went on for 18months or so and during my phone calls to the owner , I have been sworn at and hung up on. There is a warranty for the product but not the fixing and I sought advice from fair trading in NSW and VICT. The owner of underdeck finally engaged a local builder in our area to assess and install proper flashing (which should have happened in the first place). The same leaks are still there despite the best efforts of our local builder. I do not have any confidence to approach Underdeck again about this, so I will have to pay someone else to fix this problem. I would never use this company againPhil and Jenny. Tura Beach.
