From my experience, they have been great. The team is knowledgable and friendly. Pricing i think has been fair across my visits. Personally i found them to be honest and reliable.

Excellent service. We have a fleet car and my partner had a puncture. Being a teacher unable to get there till late. Lads swapped over the spare to get her home that afternoon. Came back next morning and dropped her off at work and got all 4 replaced and a alignment. Will be a returning customer

worst experience ever despite being a repeat customer. Promised to call when tyres arrived, didnt ,but it was apparently my fault. Despite being able to point to my phone number in their book with call on arrival beside it. Even had issues processing the refund after he fitted the wrong tyres. Never going near this place again.

The customer service here is pretty much non existent. One star for providing a tyre because that’s their job. Not friendly, not helpful, didn’t call or message when the car was ready even though they said they would and they were not busy. Would not recommend and will never go back.

We take all our vehicles here, the customer service is outstanding as is the work they carry out on our cars, from wheel alignments, replacing tyres and carrying out services from our 4WD, truck and Mazda Sedan. They don't overcharge. Good to honest, down to earth business. We highly recommend Goodyear Autocare Wanniassa.

Amazing customer service - took a tyre in today 03/12/2016 on the off chance I could get it repaired, unfortunately I was told I needed a new tyre. However the guys did it straight away, then asked if I would I like them to put it on my car. I said yes but would they please put my new spare and the new tyre on the front please. Which they did for no extra charge - great service. Fantastic bunch of guys.
