Not sure if the staff are incompetent or the shop is vastly understaffed, but the service here is woeful. Completely forgot me on 3 occasions. Will now only go to Blooms at Green Hills.

The older lady at the front counter with blonde hair and glasses must have a bad day everyday, I have never been served from someone in customer service with such attitude and very unprofessional before. I know many people who have had the same experience. I will never go back to this pharmacy and I will be making sure that everyone I know never goes there. Hope she ends up having a good day soon!

The staff at this store is always unbelievable slow every time I come in. They need to put on more employees that know what they are doing.

Got a $100 worth of medication and as it was the first time we received this medication, we waited to see the doctor the following week. We were advised by the doctor that it was stored incorrectly and won't be able to be used. When bringing this up with the pharmacy we were told that they are too busy to talk to every costumer about how to use or store the medication. My suggestion would be to train the front line staff to ask the simple question 'Is this the first time you are using these?' and if so 'would you like to speak to a pharmacist?' This way you only have to speak to a limited amount of costumers and ensure you get your quota for the day without causing potential harm to people.PS a small label is on the medication stating 'do not freeze, only refrigerate'... however as it wasn't pointed out, it was found too late.

Friendly, helpful staff. Competitive pricing on most floor stock but prescription medication is dearer than Chemist Warehouse. The pharmacist was happy to price match when I pointed this out. Good customer service. Will be back!

Have being coming here for while they have an app so you don’t have to wait you place your scripts and still wait ages for your meds can never gets meds told different information from different people I go on a wait list then told I’m not on the wait list this place is getting a little worse week

Looking for specific product & it not in stock in store, it apparently that I have to order online, I don't want to pay shipping fee.I wasted my time coming all the way out here. Never again store

Extremely rude pharmacist not accepting a script that is out of stock, the past three times they have accepted the scripted and called when available. Pharmacist should NOT be discriminating towards medication when every patient is different.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have only been in 2 maybe 3 times to get my partners pregnancy test or panadol and the older blonde lady with glasses served me both those times, the attitude I received from this old cow was unacceptable, the type of attitude I would expect off a toddler. My recommendation would be if you went in to get medication or something simple you better get aspirin as well because you will have a head ache after dealing with this frog.

Had medication delivered, we did miss the delivery due to being in bed sick. Called the chemist and explained and they were fine they said they would deliver it that afternoon. When there delivery driver Louise showed up late that Afternoon our security camera shows her pressing the door bell then darting off our Verandah then turns around and throws the medication at the door and takes off. Didn't even make sure we got it as the type of medication should not just be left. Made a complaint to the store and was told all that happened because we abused there staff which did not happen our only conversation with the store prior had been pleasent. Very poor form from the staff
