What an amazing place with fantastic service.I was greeted at the front desk, gave my details, where I waited 5 minutes to be called to my car. The staff ran me through the cars features, and set up my phone key access.Then I was good to go, simply driving away.The warehouse looked amazing, white floors and full of shinny new Tesla cars.A fantastic facility for a fantastic car.Get a Tesla, you will not regret it.

I went to take the delivery of the car.The service doesn't feel like you buy a premium car... it feels more like going to Apple shop and buy a macbook pro.But when I went back 2nd time for an enquiry. The service was VERY impressive. The guy were very helpful and even help me to order Tesla Homelink on the same day (when on the website say no stock).Overall, dealing with Tesla service centre is a pretty smooth progress.

The Mulgrave centre is such a simple yet amazing experience. Not BS, just go, check-in, pick up your car and go.Guys out there were pretty good and gave me time to look at the car properly and raise any issues. Car was charged to 80%. Overall the Tesla pick-up/delivery day was a great experience.

When Tesla's staff informed me that my car was ready for pickup, they mentioned over the phone that I could choose the numbers that I did not want the car plate to end with. However, when I picked up my new Tesla yesterday, the staff informed me that their own staff had provided me with false information. I feel that Tesla Mulgrave is unprofessional as they gave me a car plate number that I definitely did not want. I was very disappointed and upset on the day of picking up my new Tesla Model Y!

Tesla surcharged me 859$, I didn’t know about the surcharge fee in advance, this is the hidden charge and cheating consumer behavior. Tesla’s staff said the bank surcharged me not Tesla, but I called the bank when I got home, the bank staff said it was Tesla charging me the extra 859$. I felt be cheated by Tesla staff and really not happy, my customer experience is really bad.
