Great service, reliable, been using this team for years and speak to Cassie every time with ease. Was offered a subscription, but due to our toner needs being pretty low for our business, we just order when we need, which is great.

Very suspicious business. One of our managers received a phone call claiming that there had been a delay in our order (Which was never made) and they needed to confirm what model our printer was.The manager provided them with the printers information as they were under the impression swift was our regular supplier.When toner then arrived (along with a $10 Coles/Myers gift card) with an invoice we never requested we were informed and we decided to investigate a little.It appears this business that has been about for supposedly 20 years" is creating profit for themselves by sending toners to offices and companies that never requested them in the first place. We are unsure as to how they got a hold of a managers phone number and details in the first place and will investigate the matter further.I would advise any prospective businesses looking for a supplier to avoid this company. Scam. Do not use and do not fall for it. Swift Office Solutions cold call offices pretending to be the regular supplier of printer cartridges and toners. Obtain information about management and printer hardware from unsuspecting staff. Trick staff into thinking that that delivery was to be expected and request that when the invoice arrives it needs to be paid and a gift will be sent.Agree with other reviewers Swift are creating profit for themselves by sending toners to offices and companies that never requested them in the first place.Report this business to the ACCC to help others avoid this scam.

This business is a scam- called pretending to be a regular supplier and asked for authorisation from a random employee to send a toner. Sent it and is a random Chinese toner that doesn't even fit the printer. Do not fall for their scam.

Report this business. They send ink without consent constantly and charge a bomb for it. If you have multiple office staff they claim another admin person ordered the ink. Such a scam.

SCAM! They call stating manager has ordered toner, then send an invoice making it look like a junior staffer has made the order. Has happened to me at two different businesses. Such unethical behaviour.

Like many other comments here, our organisation fell victim to their sales people targeting uninformed staff and charged us for toners at three times the market rate via a staff member not authorised to approve this.This organisation is clearly running suspect operations to drive their business and if I could give zero stars then I would.

Run as far as you can! These guys are scammers, they will send you refills when you don't need them, they don't even have the genuine parts, our printer rejected multiple toners ordered from them as they are not genuine which means wasted money. They have tried scamming our head office as well by sending toners for a printer they don't have. Do not buy! Scam! Scam! Scam!
