The way Jocy teaches the Hawaiian Hula class is not just about the dance. She takes you through the culture of the Hawaiian Islands and really takes the time and passion to teach the Hawaiian language as well. I had been looking for a Hawaiian hula class for a few years now and I can gladly say that I have found the perfect place, that is Nāpua Australia. Thank you Jocy for educating us and sharing your drive & passion of the Polynesian islands!!

This is the best hula class in Sydney! Jocy is an absolutely fantastic teacher. She takes care of every single person, and always welcomes all with open arms. I'm very enjoying to learn hula from her!

I was introduced to Hula by a friend and was instantly impressed with Jocy’s style of teaching. Her efforts to her students and dedication to teaching do not only reveal her passion for dance but also the culture.She tailors her classes appropriately for all levels and takes the time to correct technique to ensure you improve.Thank you Jocy for inspiring and motivating me to achieve things I never thought possible. Monday night Hula is always the highlight to my week!

I've attended both in-studio and online classes and I love them!Jocelyn is very professional and sweet at the same time. She has a very structured method of teaching which I found to be very effective for myself.She pay attention not only to teach the steps technique but also the language and the culture of Tahiti and she's very creative in finding interactive ways to share her knowledge!

Amazing dance class at Napua!You are not only learning how to dance Ori Tahiti and Hula but also learning the culture / language / history with Jocy. I am so happy I found Jocy and her classes - thanks to her I can learn more about my culture

Get ready to make some new friends!Jocy teaches not only the dancing, but also language, drumming, singing and costume making for a deeper understanding of these cultures and dance styles.I've been going to classes at Nāpua for a while now, I always enjoy coming here as it continues to challenge me, along with a great way to exercise and tone up especially during the colder months.Give a class a try, you won't regret it!

とても素敵な先生、クラスです！In this class, you will not only learn about dance and steps, but also about Hawaiian culture and language. Josie is a great teacher with a lot of heart and a wonderful dancer.I learned so much from her, from the basic steps of the hula to the dance. I am also excited to learn about Hawaiian and the meaning and lyrics of the songs. The class atmosphere is cheerful and the lessons are always fun. Hula is a great way to get exercise and feel refreshed from the beautiful songs♪
