Great bike shop with everything you need to get going, plus a good range of bikes. I brought my bike in for repair with a mysterious creaking/clicking sound and Shane basically rebuilt the bike and sorted out the noise, and charged a very reasonable amount for it. Highly recommend using this place.

Great service. You will find a hidden surprise in here .. whether it's for the kids or the big kids.. bikes , skateboard. Don't forget to wear your helmet. It is a fine but most importantly it will save your head.. bike services sales .

Shane (and his crew) did his very best to keep me riding and training for my upcoming XC bike season, despite the miserably wet, muddy, sandy weather (Feb, Mar, Apr 2022) that totally wore out my gears, drive chain and cassette. Thanks Shane for speedy, professional and finely tuned repairs. I wish I could have ridden more and seen more of your 'biking backyard'. Highly recommend Bikes at the Basin
