Absolutely disgusting I order a supreme pizza, cheesy garlic bread and churros on 30/5/23. All items were charcoal burnt, the churros were like eating rocks. I called the Manager at Seven Hills NSW store his name was Absi and he told me he would send vouchers to compensate for disgusting food I spent $$41.91 in total and the whole lot was thrown in the garbage bin. I again called the Seven Hills Store on 9/6/23 and a female Indian woman answered and she told me she was the manager, I went on to tell her the story and she told me she would have to speak to the Manager I questioned her on this as I was told that Absi was the manager and I asked her for her name, she said she didn't have to give it and hung up the phone. I also filled in a complaints form on the corporate office website which said they would reply in two days, more than a week later I am still waiting for a response. DO NOT BUY PIZZA FROM DOMINOS, disgusting food and poor customer service. I will now lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs

Rachael you should go back to the loading dock, as you has no phone skills. Also please adjust your online opening hours as you switch to on hold message automatically BEFORE 5pm to avoid calls close to closing time. You're the public face of a respected company, not cool.

Ordered Domino’s through their app which came with a free dessert. Upon going to the Lavington store, we were told we were not entitled to the dessert even though it was clearly on our online order. We got home and decided to call the store, only to get shouted at in the background by the Manager saying “I’m too busy to talk”. We then told the staff member we would make a complaint to head office, only to be told to do so as this happens all the time. We left a message with Corporate and we’re told we would get a response within 48 hours. No contact has been made. Will never go back again. Pizza dough was not fresh either.

I ordered a mini pizza for dinner at 9.20pm via the app and took the option of pickup from Wentworthville store. When i went to pickup the pizza, the staff tells me that as they are out of mini pizza bases, they made a regular size pizza. At this point , they have me a choice, either to pay full price for the regular pizza or cancel the order. At 9.40PM is this a question to be asked for someone who is hungry? Is that my fault that store is out of mini pizza bases? This is not the first time this store behaving this way. Last time my pizza looked like dog's food and when complained, there was no regrets from the store person. This store person introduced himself to be the manager of store.I see the staff are careless and there is no sense of customer service. I also see that the pizza cutter touches the pizza and other food items with no gloves and use the same cutter for Veg and Non-Veg pizza's.Some food safety inspectors should do a through audit of this place.

A close friend was entertaining 10 friends from various places- Sapphire, Melbourne, Newcastle and locals tonight. The Manager at the Beachmere Domino's restaurant QLD 4511, was hamstrung but showed a total lack of compassion or concern for the customer or the impression left for his visitors. The locals were appalled by the lack of courtesy and professionalism demonstrated. After waiting an hour for the 6 pizzas to be delivered, our host recontacted the Manager who said the deliverer had tried to deliver the pizzas a half hour earlier but the gates were closed and couldn't contact anyone! That is total lies - I heard the conversation between our host and the Manager who took the order and the contact phone number and address was repeated back to our host correctly So being told the delivery guy couldn't contact us is a lie. You have now lost at least 10 potential customers who will tell 7 people x 7 people and your company will suffer because of your lack of business professionalism. Also your coupons are an absolute scam, our host received a coupon for 3 pizzas at $27 with no delivery fee. The amount of trouble to order 6 pizzas and be told it would cost $85 defeats logic!! Surely, a cursory understanding of math would mean our host expected the cost to be $54 (as we all did!). Some honest advertising with ALL the facts of purchase is a reasonable expectation for any business people hoping to broaden their customer base rather than losing them!! I am embarrassed for my friend and for the position your staff have placed him in. His guests have also expressed their feelings through social media. Given other negative reviews I have read I trust someone in senior management are taking positive action to improve Domino's poor reputation!!I'm also concerned that my friend was told by the Manager that a refund would be provided imagine our horror when a young man arrived with the refund in cash in a Dominos!! He also said he was told not to come into the property when he bought the pizzas originally but now has come personally to provide the refund!!! My friend paid by card - there are definite flaws in your policies!!

Well after a great Australia Day, we decided to get Domino's pizza on the way home, from East Bundaberg. What a mistake, never again. The prawn one is not even to the edge, the supreme is slightly better. Plus they charged an extra $5 for the public holiday + tax. Are they joking! Gary just counted the prawns & barely got 6 prawns. This is a huge big thumbs down from us.

They advertised 2 for 1 Tuesday via online, there is no online voucher to redeem. Rang the store and was told they don’t have any control over the app or online orders. I have never heard of such rubbish where each entity doesn’t affiliate with one another. This an absolute scam!! Deleting the app and unsubscribing and hopefully it becomes Pizza Hunt, just serving the flies.
