I had an interesting scenario where I needed to urgently send tonnes of a rock-based soil improvement product to different regional areas around Australia for a research project. There were tight deadlines for delivery due to needing to have the product in soil before sowing.James and his team were fantastic and happy to oblige. James provided me with regular updates and ensured that everything was delivered on time, all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend to contact Pack & Send Geelong if you are in a similar situation.

James gave us a wealth of knowledge on international cost, policies and how the whole process would run before we had even decided to use their business, amazing customer service. As we had previously used another company who was more expensive and also took 5weeks to get our product to it's destination and created a very stressful experience. Pack & send had ours delivered international within days. highly recommend.

Excellent freight option for car parts. Needed a car bonnet packed and freighted from Geelong, VIC to Adelaide, SA. The team packed the bonnet up very well with a lot of care and effort. AMAZING service and turnaround time. Our business had to send a loose TV and computer to Sydney. We simply dropped it all off and it was packed professionally and arrived in Sydney 2 days later.

I can only reiterate and agree with the reviews James has received for the way he conducts his business. My situation involved the couriering of estate jewellery from interstate. James not only provided sound professional advice but also empathy in suggesting the best way to proceed. He clearly showed care and concern in understanding my needs.

Could not be more happy and would recommend these guys anytime. Twice now they have assisted by getting packages of mine to New Zealand, the last of which, was within 24 hours of dropping off! Very reasonably priced as well. Excellent service.

I purchased some fragile items off eBay and the seller only accepted pick up with no packaging. Pack and Send Geelong was amazing in organising door to door from VIC to SA, I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received. Everything was top notch from the delicate bubble wrap and foam packaging to phone and email communication while keeping me in the loop when organising pick up with the seller. Unfortunately the items came in way heavier and bigger as the estimated the wrong dimensions, but Pack and Send called and offered different options to keep the cost low. When the items arrived I was amazed by the packaging and attention to detail! I highly recommend and definitely won't hesitate to use them again! MASSIVE THANK YOU TO PACK AND SEND GEELONG TEAM!

I purchased some bulky items in Geelong that were too large to post. James and the team at Pack and Send Geelong went above and beyond to find a workable and cost effective freight option, and assisted to ensure the items were well packed.Excellent communication, pricing and customer service.

Had a vintage turntable sent from Geelong to Qld and pack & send Geelong did a really thorough job packing the item (packaged the heavy platter and sub platter seperately, made a little bubble wrap cushion to hold the suspension steady on the top plate).Communication was great ringing to explain how would approach packing, it took a good 30/45 mins to unpack it all and arrived safely.Would highly recommend these guys, they really took care of it which being a vintage item is harder to replace parts, getting fewer around etc. so really appreciated the extra care and effort on this one.

Absolutely horrific experience with this company today.Incredibly rude, trying to quote me for packaging that was not needed acting as if I had no other options.When it was realised I would not be purchasing unnecessary packaging was told to get my “crap out of my yard”.What a hero.Just disgusted.But silver lining the people next door( Mainfrieght ) were absolutely incredible and sent immediately . (As is)
