I called to book my 2.5 year old in for her ears pierced. They were able to fit me in within the next hour! We went in and the ladies were extremely helpful and nice. My daughter was very comfortable, I was expecting her to be too scared to go through with her earrings but the 2 ladies easily did her ears and she was a very happy girl after we left!

My daughter had her seconds pierced and it was done so quickly and completely pain free. The lady was so lovely and made my daughter feel at ease and very happy

took my daughter and we had an appointment with the amazing Jess for body piercing. My daughter got her naval and second earrings done. Hats off to management for hiring this wonderful and amazing woman Jess. She is amazing. She calmed my daughter down and was so professional and did an amazing job as well as having the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She had a massive smile on her face , she knows how to make a client feels comfortable and safe and have a laugh and take the nerves off as my daughter was nervous with her naval piercing . I would highly recommend Jess to pierce anyone and Price cutters need a Pat on the back for hiring someone that has brilliant skills and making customers leave your store with a big smile on their face which is very rare today with customer service . I will be telling all my friends and letting them know as word of mouth is important and travels fast in Tassie and Price cutters thankyou for hiring such an amazing woman to work for you company. She has done your business proud!!! Well done !!!

Went in with my son to have our hair cut. Rude woman with long black hair, seemed like we were just an inconvenience being there. Went to Just cuts and THAT was pleasant. Rule of 10 in business. I tell 10 people about my bad experience, they tell 10 people and so on....

The person who pierced my ears today was genuinely so sweet and agreeable, made me feel so comfortable and I loved the result! They put a lot of effort into making sure it was as close to symmetry as possible, and were super careful. I was a little worried having never gotten a piercing, having read a lot of negative reviews on this place, and having some passive-aggressive customer service in the past. But this person improved my perspective on this place entirely! I'd recommend it, was overall a great experience for an anxious first timer :)

I was booked in with Kylie in the hope to take my yellow patchy bleach blonde hair to a more natural dark ashy blonde. Kylie was so lovely and seemed to confident and knowledgeable which made it easy for me to trust her. I am beyond happy with my experience and how my hair has turned out. She's so amazing and really knows what she's doing!

I have been going to price cutters eastlands for some time now. Generally happy with the hair cut butThe last two visits I have been charged a 2% surcharge using my Visa card when I looked on my receipt.I am really annoyed that the staff did not make me aware that this surcharge has recently been applied. It should have been brought to my attention in order that I could make a decision of my payment options. GHRRR!!Will be paying cash in the future.
