What an amazing business this is! I can't think of the last time I was given true service and value add as a customer.Ofra and her team not only have some of the best coffee beans and coffee related products in Sydney, but they really 'care about their customer and their customers needs'.I'm constantly amazed at the amount of valuable info they send out each week about... different coffee machines, products, beans, brewing methods, etc.Every week I look forward to learning something new from them. They always send me interesting and relevant stuff that I actually enjoy reading and learning about, as well as some great deals on their products.Make no mistake, Di Bartoli have some expensive coffee machines, but what really blows my mind is that they don't want to sell you the most expensive machine, they want to give you the best fit for what your needs are. It's all about 'the service'.True outstanding service like that is a very rare thing indeed.Great work Di Bartoli. You've gained a loyal fan here!

Great customer service. I had 3 machines in mind and couldn't make a decision... I had a phone consult and Ben walked me through the pros and cons of each model. There were a few very specific questions I had that he wasn't sure of, so he tested them out on the floor machines while on the phone to me.I bought and picked up the machine the same day, and couldn't be happier with the decision, price, and customer service.

I was so impressed with the service and knowledge of these guys that over the course of the past 5 years I have bought 2 high-end coffee expresso machines and grinders from these guys. Their after care service is also great. Very helpful, on the phone or in person. Highly recommend if you want a quality experience with after purchase follow up.

Ben and the team really took care of us! And I don't mean just to make a sale but continued great customer service years after our purchase! Our La Marzocco needed servicing as part of the original offer for purchase. But due to COVID lockdowns/restrictions, we couldn't get it sorted out until now (2 years after purchase). Ben didn't hesitate and honoured the original term and lined up a service call to our home. It's rare to find customer service at this level these days. Started with an old repair to a Bezzera at old Bondi junction shop to buying a new one non of which were hard sell, after the free course with new Bezzera machine to later Hottop bean roaster I release Renzo is a coffee expert that sells machines not just a salesman, looking back he sold me the gear I needed not what he wanted to sell like most do. Their beans very consistent too, this is a long term review not a quick one off

Ben as ever was super helpful and I'm happy to report that the service of our trusty ECM machine and Vario grinder has gone very well. Both machines are back with us and purring away.
