Sparkle Car Wash

Drove in from Bundanoon, 30 minutes, to get the car washed. Arrived at 3pm and told that they were closed even though the sign on the door and on line says 5pm close. I'll never use these clowns again!

Sparkle car wash used to be great, now the new owners (concierge car wash) have a great customer service representative but poor quality product service. When I arrived I was greeted wish a smile and was told the wait would be 1.5 hours, I could see that they were busy so agreed at a price of $110. Upon agreeance I was also asked to return with cash as their systems were down....again I agreed. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I returned to see that my car had not moved from where I left it. Due to my return they moved the car and started washing it right away. I waited another half an hour for what turned out to be a complete rush job. The interior of my car had not been vacuumed very well, the side mirrors were still dirty and there was still dust on my dashboard. Now the reason I had dropped my car off in the first place was because I had used sparkle car wash previously and it was well worth the money to have your car semi detailed but on this occasion I can definitely say that I wont be going back! Instead I have found that there is a new car wash near Oporto that charges less and is more thorough. They will get my business from now on.

3rd time I have tried to support this business and 3rd poor quality customer service. The guys and girls work hard to clean your cars but they are left under the pump by the smooth talking owner/manager. The clean is rushed because each time I have been here the car is just being started on at the quotes pick up time. Each time I have been asked to return in 1.5hrs. I always return at 2hrs and true to form am always left waiting a further 30/40/50 min. I usually have 3 little ones with me and to leave us waiting in this high traffic area for almost an hour over time each time is not ok. The owner/manager has no regard for anyone else’s time. He might be cheerful and friendly but he is verging on con man. It’s 3 strikes and your out for me. 2 stars because they got the job done.

Scratched the car up very very VERY badly.Hologram scratches and large swirly scratches everywhere, on almost every panel. This was the first wash since the car was detailed, so I know the paint was excellent, with the exception of being dirty, hence car wash".The boss came down just to call me a liar and told me the car was already like that when it came in

Don’t bother going here. Since the new owners took over I’ve had my car damaged and a bad wash. They redid the wash, but refused to acknowledge the damage. Also, every time you go, they say a 2 hour wait. No matter how many cars are sitting there to be washed. The other owners used to do it in 45-50 minutes and have multiple cars being washed at one time.

I spent $110 dollars on a car wash for a 4wd ute and the finish was poor. They broke my rear electric window buttons and there was splash marks on the inside door trims. I wint be going back

Do not use this car wash they will rip you off I have been going there for years and have only paid $55.00 for a wash and clean only on the inside went there today and wanted to charge me $85 .00 for exactly the same thing and then argued with me that has always been the charge well that is the last time that I will be there they don’t do a good job anyway

Worst experience with this lot, took my ute for a wash and they told me it would take 1.5 hours which I was fine with. Went back to fetch my ute, and they hadn't even started on it!!! This is actually the second time that this exact same thing has happened. I will not be going back! They actually used to be great, but now just pathetic.

Not good here. Been a few times to give another chance and every time had to go back to get them to go back over with vacuum. It’s dark too so hard to see but still, they don’t check, rush over it.. Obvious bits missed on back seat too. And didn’t wipe mud off sides. Shame they don’t take pride in work. Oporto give better clean and cheaper.

Arrived at 1600 to get my car washed and was to be told they are closing. Even though every sign and webpage states 0900-1700. And the workers there were quite rude about it. Zero stars.
