Bonnyrigg Pool Shop

Highly recommended... I recently enquired about a pool heater at Bonnyrigg Pool Shop. I spoke with Branco (shop owner) who provide me advise on what to get, how it works and a quote. Branco also made the time to come to my place first to check out the layout. We proceeded with the purchase of a 16kw Evoheat Heater. Within a week, Branco and his team delivered and installed it in my shed. They did a first class job. Note that my uncle also had a pool heater installed revently and recommended Branco and now i also recommended Branco and Bomnyrigg Pool Shop. They provided good advise and service with quality work.

New owners have terrible customer service. No empathy for the issues our pool has. Services multiple times with the same issues. Pointing fingers with blame rather than offer customer solutions.NEVER AGAIN!!Please go elsewhere as there are better options and manners.

Highly recommended....We have been renovating our whole house and Branco and his team at Bonnyrigg Pools have provided the best service by far, compared to all the other trades. Nothing was a hassle. Excellent customer service.

I was recommended by a friend to go and see Brad and his team at Bonnyrigg Pool shop. Driving from near Campbelltown to get there, I'm glad I made the trip. Everywhere else would try and up sell me products as I have no clue. Brad had my pool crystal clean within 24hrs with half the effort other pool shops where telling me to do. You need to wright a book called Pool cleaning for dummies. I would be all over it.

This is the best pool shop in Western Sydney - in fact probably in NSW. Unbelievable service!! Super friendly, fast and reliable, and very competitive prices on supplies and service. Visited for first time for a long time. New owners since August 2022. I was extremely happy and felt comfortable on the advice i was given. Probably most knowlegable pool shop owners i have met, from equipment to additives. No up sell either, just what you need. Glad i finally found a pool shop i can rely on for service and advice.

I saw some air bubbles coming out of the water returns in our inground swimming pool and I thought to myself, this is not right. I rang Bonnyrigg Pool shop and I spoke to one of the technicians who suggested I do some checks before they came out. I did this to no avail. As a result Peter came out and did a pool equipment check which suggested that there was a water leak on the suction side of the pool pumping. Over the next couple to weeks Branco and Peter sorted out the problem. They found the leak that was causing the problem and fixed it promptly. I would to thank the staff from Bonnyrigg Pool Shop, especially Peter and Branco. They are honest, their pricing is reasonable and accordingly I highly recommend them to you for all your swimming pool needs.
