Ben and Tyler were fabulous. They communicated regularly throughout the job and gave notice before they arrived. They were both very friendly and generous with their pats of my dog which minimised his barking.The fee was high however they arrived promptly and used the genuine replacement parts. Thank you Ben and Tyler!

Jetset is a company beyond comparison in every aspect of their business.I am a professional housesitter, and this is the second time I've seen Jetset do major plumbing works. Joseph Jackson & his co-worker arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. They clearly explained the issue with my hot water service and provided options for me to select from. I was impressed that I was able to have the problem diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours . Thanks guys for being respectful and nice .

Absolutely love thier attitude and professionalism towards their work. Everything was explained in advance with clear understanding between all parties involved. They arrange all the necessary trades and parts for the days job. The job was done within 2 hours and they were on time, not a second late! Good and clear communication leading up to the day of the job.Joe and his team did a fantastic job, very highly recommended and we will contact them for all our future jobs.
