Booked caravan in for wheel alignment. Arrived at time booked to find no booking in diary, in fact nothing in diary, not for any of us, all booked in at 8am. Our job was not started when we returned at 2pm, neither were the others.

Booked in for a wheel alignment in our motorhome over 2 weeks ago and called today to confirm our appointment for Monday (3 days from post). Only to be told he can't do the job for another 2 weeks (maybe two weeks) and hadn't even bothered to call us to let us know. He's running behind in jobs and its 'too much of a hassle to do the smaller jobs at the moment' wouldn't bother wasting your time. Wish I had read the last review before calling.
