Great service by Shane and excited to get our new couch this week.

Do not buy any lounge that reclines electrically as they break within 6 months and they refuse to fix. Extremely bad customer service!!!

Went to see some furniture. Good collection of items there. It's possible to order items even if they are not in display. Friendly staff.

I do not recommend this store AT ALL! Bought a lounge that you can charge your phone on etc., and it is the biggest waste of money ever. Firstly within a couple of months, one side of it went lopsided and I had to go through a lot of trouble to have them repair it. A couple of months later, the same problem, not only that, the electrical part is giving out sparks when you try to plug something in. Someone was meant to be coming today to look at it but of course they didn't show up, not even a phone call! I will be contacting Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading!!!! HARVEY NORMAN IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR FURNITURE. The older delivery guy is creepy by the way.

Had a problem with a chair 18mths old. The issue was fixed promptly and correctly.Excellent after sales service.

Walked into their Glenorchy store intending to buy their sofa bed that was on offer. Walked out with that and also a custom made Tas Oak kitchen table + bench (mind was made up prior to purchase one from Ikea already). Ken showed us around and was very patient with my wife and me. He answered all our questions and made the extra effort to show us the difference between the wood, etc....Took a little longer to arrive than expected. But they did kept us informed.When the table + bench finally arrived. Boy! We were so glad that we spent the extra money on the table! It was top notch, 1st class standard! I never drooled over a table before!Shout out to you, Ken! You are a legend!!!
