It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.. I highly recommend it.. If you are in Victoria, you should definitely try this.. the journey was wonderful.. the view from ferry was sooo good.. I loved every bit of my journey.. they also have shops inside if you want to buy something.. They also sell coffee and snacks that you can try.. inside the ferry, they have a kids playground which is amazing.. they also have restroom facilities if you need.. I loved how people could bring their cars inside it or just travel by themselves..

Great way to get across the bottom of Port Philip bay . Comfortable, quick , effective , enjoyable .

It's so easy to walk on and cross the bay from Sorrento to Queenscliff. Both seaside towns are worth visiting however if you are doing it on foot you need to be fit enough to walk a couple of kms from the terminal to the town shops and restaurants. Return trip as foot passenger is about $30 whereas with a car it is over $100.

Beautiful ride! It was very nice to avoid the city on the return from the Western end of Victoria.The staff members were friendly and helpful and were excellent at guiding people on and off the ferry.

We were on a group bus for a Round the Bay trip with the Ferry being the best part. Since I was here last there has been a lot of work done improving the infrastructure which includes a large cafe with viewing area across the water, a lovely gift shop and something that looks like a pedestrian type bridge that is nearly finished. See photo. It was a very pleasant trip with refreshments to purchase on board. We went from Queenscliff (where the photos were taken ) to Sorrento. Many Thanks to the Ferry Service

Had a great trip on the ferry. Did a return trip from Queenscliff. Was a beautiful sunny winter day and the water was relatively calm. I don’t have sealegs at all so it was nice not to be rocked too much!On the return trip we had a coffee and a bite from the cafe. Coffee was great and food was piping hot.Only criticism would be that the announcements made by crew via the PA were useless. They were really hard to hear in some areas. Could do with additional speakers to ensure the info is heard.

Very organised and easy to use. First experience using the service and would happily use it again. It’s important to note that if you book online in advance you receive a (very small) discount BUT it doesn’t guarantee you a spot on the boat. It’s best to get there 30mins early to be sure. Boarding the cars commences 15 mins prior to departure.
