South Nowra Can-Am & Sea-Doo (SNMP)

Where to start... Quad bike in for a major service and some repair work.Let's start with the simple things.*The brake reservoir was overfilled to the point fluid was leaking from the joint. Zero air gap.*Grease nipples weren't greased. Missed a sway bar link and totally missed the rear propshaft. After pointing out the missed nipples and picking up the bike for the second time I find that the rear propshaft still hasn't been done.*New front guard wasn't installed properly, front tab not in the slot that holds it in.*Winch not reinstalled with the correct amount of packers, synthetic rope now dragging on a metal edge of the mount behind the guide.*Bash plate fasteners (were low profile cup head bolts and washers that wouldn't get snagged and ripped off on the first rock they encountered) replaced with flat washers and Allen head bolts that stick out and won't last long past the first rock they meetNow on to the more concerning issues.*Bike had front damage from contact with a tree. Took it in for a quote and was told that the front sub frame doesn't unbolt from the frame. Whole frame needed...Wait months for a frame to be slow boated from Canada. Frame arrives and they finally figure out that the sub frame does indeed unbolt from the frame (guess that's why it's called a SUB frame and not just referred to as the front of the frame"). But they couldn't figure that out with my bike in front of them in pieces getting quoted for repair... Or even looking at exploded parts diagrams... Had to wait for a new frame to show up to figure that one out LoL.*I had numerous items on my invoices that either weren't needed or were already paid for. Good thing I checked part numbers on the web or I wouldn't have known.*This whole ordeal took about 4 months. I drove 4hrs each way

Let’s see they keep my $500 deposit because they ordered in a JetSki that I hadn’t asked or been told it was being brought from there warehouse even without a signed contract or any terms and conditions explained via writing or verbal. That it was all pending finance to be approved which it wasn’t so they keep my $500 and call it freight charges.Highly recommend not to deal with these guys if they don’t get the sale they take it out on you so buyers beware.
