Terrible customer service, all staff do not care about the customers and manager would rather sit on there backside than actually held someone. Do not go here.

Very rude staff, left the store very unhappy with how the lady treated me and telling me to go somewhere else! Thanks you won’t see me again!

so racist. wont prioritise service to Asian. it took me ages to get my scripts but white people only took a minute to get theirs

Staff needs to retrain for Customer service manner. Very rude experience on first visit.

I usually go to blooms at the Woolworths/Aldi entrance and I have never had an issue. Friday I went to the one opposite coles and they have completely ruined the experience. I went in with my son to pick up his script for antibiotics. Stressed and on a time crunch I paid for them and left. When I got home I realised they had given me capsules. I called them immediately and told them these would not work as my son is 4. The person I was speaking to was incredibly stand offish, asked me his name and put me on hold without another word. She came back and told me they were out of stock for the liquid which I was not previously informed of otherwise I would have taken the script elsewhere. They said to open the capsules and put in on his food. My son is so sick now that he isn’t eating and will not take any liquids other than water which he spits out if I put the medication in. I’m out of pocket for the medication he can’t use and he’s so sick that I have to wait for another drs appointment. I’m disappointed at the lack of communication and care given. They were quite happy to take my money though.

Amazing service from the team at blooms today, helping me as a cancer patient stuck at home. My new medications which have just come in, they’re able to bring out to me tonight as I’m unable to get in there. Just these gestures make all the difference for people like me. THANKYOU.
